Crypts
The Sarcophagus Works are former paintings that are being honored through preservation. They are encased in glossy black enamel. The gestural strokes of the paintings are visible in relief beneath the black enamel. The intention of the Sarcophagus Works is to retain and communicate the energetic impulses contained in the original pieces.
